What Is Fistball?
Fistball is a team sport played on a grass field divided by a net. Two teams of five players hit the ball over the net using a closed fist or arm, with one bounce allowed between contacts.
The sport has deep roots in Europe and South America and is played in more than 50 countries around the world. The United States has been competing internationally for decades, and the sport continues to grow here every year.
Keys to the Game
